INDIA, PERU AND TANZANIA ARE MOST POPULAR
DESTINATIONS FOR GAP YEAR PLACEMENTS
New research from Year Out Group, the association of leading UK-registered year out organisations that operate in over 90 countries, shows that India, Peru and Tanzania are this year’s most popular countries for structured gap year placements.
The research also revealed several new entries into the top ten this year, including Kenya and Thailand in joint sixth place followed by Australia in tenth place. In addition China has risen in popularity from ninth to fourth place in the last 12 months. Other destinations that continue to be popular include
South Africa, Canada, Ghana, Costa Rica and the UK.
