A bit about our ‘Why’
- Battleface began out of frustrations with the growing disconnect between modern travellers and an outdated insurance industry. Existing products didn’t respond effectively in the vent of natural disasters, pandemics, terrorist attacks and other disruptions.
- Services were disjointed, with many insurance companies outsourcing claims, customer services and emergency travel assistance.
