• To have a chance of receiving the bursary please fully complete the form available at: https://forms.gle/h9CfzRZsvGKbetN78. by 30th April 2025. You will need to sign into your Google account to verify your email address. The only information we receive is your email address and those details asked for in the form itself.
• The winner will be decided on the strength of their answer to the question ‘Why I want to embark on a purposeful adventure with a Year Out Group member‘?
• The winner of the bursary can claim the award at the time they book their experience. The organisation will reduce the total cost of your experience by £1000 on full payment of the balance required.
• If your program costs less than £1000 you cannot claim the balance of the bursary.
• The winner must book with one of our participating members during 2025 and start their program before Dec 31st 2026.
• The winner will need to comply with the terms and conditions of booking advertised by the company concerned and be eligible for the program they choose.
• The bursary cannot be used against the the costs of transport, food, accommodation or other expenses not already included in the advertised price of the program.
• In the event you postpone or cancel the experience, any refunds you are entitled to from the company will exclude the £1000 bursary and follow their usual booking conditions.
• Bursary is not open to staff or relatives of Year Out Group and its members.

• No cash alternative is available and no funds will be transferred directly to the winner.
• The winner will be notified by email by the end of May 2025.
• By submitting their form, applicants agree to receiving an email  from YOG for the purpose of promoting  member programs. Applicants can opt out of receiving further emails at any time after that.
• The winner agrees to contribute to additional but limited promotion of the bursary before and during their program.
• Bursary is not open to staff or relatives of Year Out Group and its members.
